1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return under the following conditions:
a) Damaged or Defective Products

If the product is received in a damaged or defective condition, you are eligible for a full refund including shipping charges.

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos).
b) Change of Mind / Not Satisfied

If you do not like the product and wish to return it, you may request a return.

In this case, shipping charges will NOT be refunded.

3. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Refund Summary:

Damaged/Defective Product → Full refund + shipping charges

Change of Mind → Product amount refunded (shipping charges not included)
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Used or opened products (especially attars/fragrances)

Products without original packaging

Items damaged due to misuse
5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
6. Shipping for Returns

For damaged products, return shipping may be arranged or reimbursed by us.

For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
