Return & Refund Policy – IqraStore

At IqraStore, we strive to provide high-quality Islamic products including attars, clothing, books, and other essentials. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to ensure a fair and transparent return policy.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return under the following conditions:

a) Damaged or Defective Products

• If the product is received in a damaged or defective condition, you are eligible for a full refund including shipping charges.

• You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos).

b) Change of Mind / Not Satisfied

• If you do not like the product and wish to return it, you may request a return.

• In this case, shipping charges will NOT be refunded.

• The product must be:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • In resalable condition

To initiate a return:

3. Refund Policy

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Refund Summary:

• Damaged/Defective Product → Full refund + shipping charges

• Change of Mind → Product amount refunded (shipping charges not included)

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Used or opened products (especially attars/fragrances)

• Products without original packaging

• Items damaged due to misuse

5. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.

• Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

6. Shipping for Returns

• For damaged products, return shipping may be arranged or reimbursed by us.

• For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
